SF CLEAN CAR DETAIL – SERVICE POLICIES

  1. Personal Belongings Policy

Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, documents, cash, firearms, electronics, and valuables from the vehicle before service.

SF Clean Car Detail is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Any items found will be placed in a bag and left inside the vehicle.

  1. Engine Cleaning Policy

Engine bay cleaning is an optional service performed at the customer’s request and consent.

SF Clean Car Detail is not responsible for electrical issues, sensor failures, warning lights, or mechanical problems that may occur after engine cleaning, especially on older, modified, or previously damaged vehicles.

This service is recommended only for vehicles in good working condition with no exposed wiring or leaks.

  1. Deposit & Appointment Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any detailing appointment.

The deposit will be applied toward the final service price.

Appointments are not guaranteed without a deposit.

  1. Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Notice)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

One reschedule is allowed without losing the deposit if notice is given on time.

  1. Vehicle Condition & Pricing

Prices may increase for vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, sand, mold, bodily fluids, or heavy trash.

SF Clean Car Detail reserves the right to refuse service for vehicles in hazardous or unsanitary condition.

  1. Payment Methods

We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and major credit/debit cards.

Full payment is due upon completion of the service.

  1. Limited Liability

SF Clean Car Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Paint defects, oxidation, or clear coat failure

Worn or torn interior materials

Loose or malfunctioning parts

Customers must disclose any known issues before service.
